The hotel exceeded our expectations with a lovely room that matched our event setting desires and had all the necessary amenities for a perfect event. While comfortable and well-appointed, cleanliness could have been better upon check-in with some oversight. The service was exceptional, even though the facilities fell short. The location was convenient but had cleanliness issues and a complex layout. Dining options were disappointing, though the hotel offered daily fresh fish. Overall, a good value for money with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were nice, good size, beds comfortable, pool enjoyable, breakfast great, and staff friendly and helpful. However, there was an issue with serving lunch due to double booking. The rooms are nice, clean, and equipped for events. I would recommend it to others.
